NICK ADAMS (1931-1968)

Actor nacido en Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, el 10 de Julio de 1931. Su primer trabajo fue un anuncio de Pepsi-Cola junto a su amigo James Dean en 1951. Luego trabajarían nuevamente en la película Rebelde sin causa (1955). Más tarde, Nick protagonizaría la serie de TV The Rebel.

Elvis y Nick se conocieron a raíz de un fugaz romance de Elvis y Natalie Wood. A partir de ahí entablaron una gran amistad. Nick acompañaba a Elvis en sus conciertos y compartían una gran afición por las Harleys.

Elvis intentó darle un papel en su primera película, Love me tender, pero fue rechazado por ser "demasiado joven".

El 6 de Febrero de 1968, Nick Adams se suicidó con una sobredosis de pastillas.

Elvis and Nick met immediately after a fleeting romance of Elvis and Natalie Wood. From there they began a great friendship. Nick was accompanying Elvis in his concerts and they were sharing a great interest for the Harleys.

Elvis tried to give him a role in his first movie, Love me tender, but he was declined back for being " too young ".

On February 6, 1968, Nick Adams committed suicide with an overdose of tablets.
